John is an experienced early technology developer with over 35 years of experience identifying business opportunities and building organizations around them. At Temple University, he established the Office of Strategic Initiatives and formed several companies based on university technologies. He was the founder of the Technology Transfer programs at Hahnemann Medical School and was the Executive Director of international business development at CE corporation. John traveled extensively in South America, the Middle East, and Western Europe negotiating business relationships, including licensing, out-licensing, joint manufacturing/marketing, and evaluating companies for possible acquisition or merger. He has consulted for numerous biotech companies and Philadelphia area medical schools in the field of diagnostics, medical devices, and clinical trials. John earned a Master's in Economics and Econometrics degree.

Accomplished senior executive with over 30 years of experience developing programs and solutions to drive growth and profitability in complex, competitive markets within a vast array of public and private sectors. He is a professor teaching undergraduate and graduate entrepreneurship and strategic management courses in the College of Business and Public Management at the West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Rudy is the former Assistant Dean and Director of Graduate Engineering programs at Widener University’s School of Engineering. Before that, he was the President/ COO of Parkway Clinical Laboratories, where he led the turn-around of the fully accredited clinical reference laboratory. Earlier in his career, he was a manager at 2 of the world’s largest managing consulting firms, assisting clients such as the NASDAQ, National Geographic Society, CSX Railroad, Astra Zeneca, and Global Sports International. As the Executive Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute at Temple University, he took the institute to its first national ranking, top 40, and “A Top Entrepreneurship Institute Director” by Entrepreneurship Magazine in his second year. Mr. Treichel earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, an MBA in Finance from Temple University, and a Ph.D. candidate (ABD) in Supply Chain Management from the Indiana University of P.A.

Professor of physical chemistry, West Chester University since 2006. Previously Univ. of Virginia (2004–2006), Queen Mary Univ. of London (2001–2004), and Univ of Birmingham (UK) (1995–2001). BS in Chemistry from Pittsburgh. Ph.D. from Stanford. Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). An Alexander von Humboldt Fellow as well as a former National Research Council Resident Research Associate at the National Institute of Standards and Technology in Gaithersburg, MD, his research involves taking a surface-science-based approach to nanoscience and laser/surface interactions to translate mechanistic understanding of chemical and structural transformations into processing methods. Author of over 100 scholarly publications, including two textbooks, Surface Science: Foundations of Catalysis and Nanoscience and Physical Chemistry: How Chemistry Works.
